Resumo
A Constitución de 1978 como parte da Transición Española cara á democracia e influenciada doutros textos constitucionais europeos, é a primeira que se alcanza en España por consenso, e que acertou a implantar o principio democrático como único principio político lexitimador, erguéndose como cabeza e fundamento de todo o ordenamento xurídico, cuxos preceptos gozan de valor normativo e punto de referencia inescusable na interpretación de todas as normas.Downloads
