Resenha do livro “A TEORIA COMUNISTA DO DIREITO (The Communist Theory of Law) por Hans Kelsen.

Esta resenha literária tem como objetivo maior trazer um suprassumo do pensamento do jusfilósofo austríaco quando de seus estudos sobre o mundo jurídico soviético, na época das décadas de 30 e 40 do século passado, ainda com União das Repúblicas Socialistas Soviéticas (URSS), que resultou numa pequena obra literária (mas com um teor cognoscível de grande riqueza), denominada “A Teoria Comunista do Direito”, de 1949. Respectiva obra, não resulta em uma crítica ao sistema político-econômico adotado pela URSS naqueles tempos, mas, sim, num trabalho filosófico – dogmático de Hans Kelsen sobre o Direito, suas características e adaptações às necessidades políticas - econômicas daquele Estado naquele momento.
