Abstract

Explicarase dunha maneira concisa, presentando unha alternativa ao modelo de organización territorial en España, o federalismo, xa que se está a debater se o Estado español lle debería retirar as competencias ás autonomías ou non por razóns económicas e financeiras. Na parte final do traballo indícanse unha serie de puntos relevantes que o Estado español, en caso de modificar oEstado autonómico cara a un Estado federal, tería que reformular.
