ENTIDADES DEPORTIVAS, FISCALIDAD DEL FUTBOL, AYUDAS ESTATALES Y DEUDA DE LOS CLUBES.¿ES VIABLE EL ACTUAL MODELO?
Abstract
En el presente artículo se aborda el régimen de financiación de los clubes de futbol españoles, así como su peculiar sistema de tributación. Por otra parte se tratan temas controvertidos tales como las ayudas estatales a los clubes, que han originado siete expedientes sancionadores por parte de la Comisión Europea y el complejo panorama referente a la deuda que tienen los clubes con las administraciones públicas, por ello formulamos en este artículo nuestra perspectiva sobre el futuro del actual modelo.Downloads
