Disinformation, digital platforms and digital human rights

O presente trabalho analisa as repercussões jurídicas da disseminação da desinformação praticada por meio das plataformas digitais à luz dos direitos e obrigações impostos pelo Sistema Interamericano de Proteção aos Direitos Humanos (SIDH). Outrossim, busca-se contextualizar o atual momento da Ordem Informacional e a sua relação com os direitos humanos digitais, visando compreender os impactos da desinformação perpetrada por meio das plataformas digitais como risco transnacional ao SIDH. Ao final, apresentam-se soluções objetivando mitigar o impacto negativo da desinformação na promoção e garantia dos direitos humanos previstos na Convenção Americana sobre Direitos Humanos (CADH). Realiza-se levantamento bibliográfico e documental, com ênfase em fontes doutrinárias, legislativas e jurisprudenciais, nacionais e estrangeiras.
